Areas Of Practice:
Following a diverse professional legal career, including operating his own firm, Jason joined Butler McIntyre & Butler in 2009 and became a partner in 2011.
Jason specialises in trust law and business structures, specifically in the commercial aspects of acquisition and sale of businesses, including advice on the Corporations Act and trust law.
He has extensive experience in property law including commercial acquisitions and sales. Jason is also proficient in property developments, including subdivisions, development of strata title complexes and body corporate set up and management, property due diligence, commercial and retail leasing.
Jason’s substantial knowledge and experience with property developments, commercial/corporate trust law and business structure allows him to provide the best advice and service level to his clients for outcomes surpassing expectations.
Jason gives his spare time to the Grassroots Sports Club committee, which raises funds to assist financially disadvantaged young people to have a chance to enjoy sport.
When not working Jason enjoys scuba diving, watching AFL, bush walking and general outdoor activities with his partner and young children.
