Areas of Practice:
Caitlin was admitted as a legal practitioner to the Supreme Court of Tasmania in 2019. Prior to joining Butler McIntyre & Butler, Caitlin practised as a Lawyer at another Hobart law firm where she had previously been employed as a Paralegal for many years.
Caitlin works primarily in the areas of Commercial and Property Law. She has broad experience in property dealings and transactions generally, including large and small scale subdivisions and strata title developments. She is also experienced in assisting individual and corporate clients in a wide range of matters including commercial leasing, corporate restructures and business sales and acquisitions.
Caitlin enjoys providing clients with effective advice and assistance, ensuring their needs are met and excellent outcomes are achieved.
In her spare time Caitlin is an active equestrienne, competing and volunteering on a regular basis. She also enjoys generally spending time outdoors.
