- LLB Bachelor of Laws (2017) – University of Birmingham, United Kingdom
- Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice (2019), University of Law, United Kingdom; Distinction grade.
Areas of Practice:
Grace is a UK qualified Associate Solicitor, admitted in 2021, with 5 years’ post qualification experience in England & Wales.
Grace arrived in Hobart and joined the family team at Butler McIntyre & Butler in August 2026, as a Paralegal.
In her UK practice, Grace specialises in matrimonial financial remedy, children & parenting matters, and fertility law (including domestic and international surrogacy). Grace is experienced in both court litigation and non-court dispute resolution (mediation), and regularly advocates for her clients at court.
Grace is recognised as having compassionate, client-focused approach combined with strong technical ability. Grace is committed to supporting clients in what feels like an extremely turbulent time of their lives, to achieve pragmatic and effective outcomes.
Grace is a Council Member of the Birmingham (England) Law Society, and Committee member of family lawyer association ‘Resolution’ West Midlands and National. Grace was shortlisted for the Resolution Rising Star of the Year(2025) award, and Young Professional of the Year (Legal Category) award (Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce England (2024)).
Outside of work, Grace is enjoying exploring Tasmania and settling into Hobart life with her husband – often playing netball, at ParkRun, or trying local restaurants and coffee spots.
