Mark joined Butler, McIntyre and Butler Lawyers in July 2014. Mark graduated from the University of Tasmania in 1998 after completed a Bachelor of Science and Law. He then spent some time in Antarctica before completing the required legal practice course and starting with a large Hobart firm in 1999. He was a partner of this firm for 7 years.
Mark specialises in litigation relating to banking and finance, security enforcement, estates and trusts, corporate insolvency and general litigation.
Mark regularly appears for clients in the Federal Court of Australia, the Federal Circuit Court of Australia, the Supreme Court of Tasmania and the Magistrates Court.
He practices in the area of dispute resolution. Including, but not limited, to commercial and general litigation, estate litigation and construction litigation and arbitration.
