Areas of Practice:
Pip commenced legal practice at Butler McIntyre & Butler in August 2022, after being admitted to the Supreme Court of Tasmania as a lawyer.
Butler McIntyre & Butler welcomes Pip as a graduate lawyer in their Family and Relationships Law team. Pip has a passion for access to justice and the protection of those most vulnerable, particularly during relationship breakdowns. Pip brings her approachable personality and pragmatic nature to both Butler McIntyre & Butler and her clients.
Pip has an interest in the emerging awareness of neurodiversity in the community and the challenges for parents and children dealing with the issues associated with neurodiversity, especially during separation and co-parenting.
Pip is a member of the Autism Tasmania board.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Pip worked as a journalist and editor in the not-for-profit sector.
Outside of work, Pip loves to spend time recreating her favourite restaurant dishes, maintaining her fitness and planning her next travel adventure.
