Damien joined Butler, McIntyre & Butler in 1995 and became a partner in 2001.
Damien is a member of our litigation team, practicing in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, personal injury and franchise law. Damien also appears in front of many tribunals and boards such as the Licensing Board and the Anti-Discrimination Tribunal.
Damien has a strong sense of justice and he is passionate about the law. He has a solid reputation for sound judgment and providing accurate, timely and cost effective advice and advocacy across a broad range of jurisdictions. His particular strengths are a practical and considered approach and highly developed inter-personal communication skills.
Damien is a Board Member of Common Ground Tasmania (CGT). CGT is a not-for-profit organisation that was established in 2008 to deliver supported housing services to homeless people and more affordable housing for those in significant need.
